SMS Terms & Disclosure
How FulCharBo's text-messaging program works, how you consent, and how to opt out at any time.

The short version: If you give us your mobile number and opt in, FulCharBo, LLC may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in for anyone else's marketing.
1. Program description
FulCharBo, LLC ("FulCharBo," "we," "us," or "our") offers text (SMS/MMS) messaging so we can respond to your requests and keep you informed. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, free Snapshot and report follow-ups, account and service notifications, and — only if you've opted in to marketing — occasional updates and offers.
2. How you opt in (consent)
You consent to receive text messages from us when you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted — for example, by submitting a form on our Site, checking a consent box, texting us first, or providing your number during a call or engagement. Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the number provided.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — for example, when you request information, have an upcoming appointment, or have active work in progress.
4. Cost
FulCharBo does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we'll send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing info@fulcharbo.com or calling (404) 800-4614.

7. Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information you share with us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging platform provider) or as required by law.
9. Changes to this disclosure
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation in the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
