This Privacy Policy applies to FulCharBo, LLC ("FulCharBo," "we," "us," or "our"), a bookkeeping firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, and to the website at fulcharbo.com (the "Site"), our online tools, and the bookkeeping and advisory services we provide. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and run our business:

• Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you fill out a form, request a Snapshot, book a call, email or text us, or become a client.
• Discovery & calculator inputs. The answers and figures you enter into our on-site self-assessment and cost calculator. These run in your browser; we receive them only if you choose to submit your email to get your full Discovery Report.
• Engagement & financial information. Once you become a client, the books, records, statements, and supporting documents needed to perform the work, plus billing details. This may include information about your customers, vendors, and employees that appears in your records.
• Automatically collected information. Standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Cookies & analytics).

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and provide the free Snapshot, reports, and calls you request.
• To deliver, manage, and improve our bookkeeping, cleanup, and advisory services.
• To send service messages, appointment confirmations, and — where you've opted in — helpful updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• To process payments, keep our own books, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
• To protect the security and integrity of our Site, tools, and client data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the business and serve you:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors who help us operate — for example, our CRM and scheduling platform, email and text-message providers, our client work portal, payment processors, and website analytics. They may process information only on our instructions and are bound to protect it.
• Your authorized advisors. When you ask us to, we coordinate with your CPA, tax preparer, banker, or other advisors.
• Legal & safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FulCharBo, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Your accounting files & QuickBooks access

When you engage us, you grant access to your accounting file (for example, QuickBooks Online) so we can perform the work. We access your file only to the extent needed for the services you've authorized. During a free Snapshot, our read is file-only — we read what's already in your QuickBooks and do not alter it. Any report we build inside your QuickBooks remains yours to keep. We treat the contents of your books as confidential and use them only to serve you.

Text messaging & email

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text (SMS) messages related to your inquiry, appointments, or account. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or phone numbers for marketing. See our SMS Disclosure for full details. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.

Cookies & analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand how visitors use it (for example, through privacy-respecting analytics and our CRM). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions. We may also embed third-party content such as maps and social links, which can collect information under their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep personal and financial information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to provide services, support our client relationship, and meet legal, tax, and professional recordkeeping requirements — and then dispose of it securely. Client engagement records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law and sound accounting practice.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and limiting access to those who need it.
